Stop a Cold, Prevent a Relapse
For patients with Fibromyalgia or ME/CFS, catching a cold is fraught with dire risks. Consequences can include cold symptoms that are far more severe and last longer than in non-patients, but the scariest risk is that a cold can lead to an FM flare or full blown ME/CFS relapse. Patients need to exercise extra caution in order to reduce this risk, and fortunately there are some amazingly effective things you can do to stop a cold and prevent a relapse.

 Vitalaxin™ - 10% Off Through October 16th*
Promotes stronger collagen/ligaments & improved energy

Vitalaxin offers a potent formula of 100% pure relaxin hormone that promotes the healthy function of muscle and joint tissues, as well as enhancing memory, blood circulation, and physical stamina. Dr. Samuel Yue, Clinical Medical Director of the HealthEast Pain Clinic in Minnesota, believes that systemic deficit of relaxin hormone - and poor ability to utilize the relaxin that is produced by the body - contributes to muscle discomfort, occasional bowel and bladder upset, digestive difficulties, dizziness, shortness of breath, aching joints, fatigue, headaches and emotional distress in some women. "I took a speed reading course and
read War and Peace in twenty
minutes. It involves Russia."

- Woody Allen

Chances
Our new life with chronic pain will be filled with chances for us to take. We may fall many times, only to be presented with a chance to rise to our feet and try again. We will have the chance to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We will have the chance to share with others who have chronic pain and meet new friends. We will have more chances and opportunities in our new life that at times may seem overwhelming to us. But we don't need to take every chance or opportunity that is put in our path, nor do we have to take all our chances in one day. Just one chance at a time.

From Living With Chronic Pain One Day At A Time by Mark Allan Zabawa.
